How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings from the gear on Home and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads, Pro, the Starter Pack and Street Passes restore with your Apple Account.

Why didn't my gems come back after reinstalling?

Gems, and items bought with gems, are saved on your device and in your device backups. Deleting the app removes them, and Restore Purchases can't bring them back.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple handles all payments. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

The Store says it's unavailable

Check your connection and tap Retry. The game plays without a connection, but the Store needs one.

How do I change the difficulty?

Opponents adapt to your form by default. To switch to fixed difficulty, use Match difficulty in Settings.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Use the Reminders switch in Settings. If notifications are off for the game in iOS Settings, turn them on there first.

How do I change my ad choices?

Where this applies, use Ad privacy choices in Settings. Remove Ads or Pro stops ads.
